A Blewt! Blog!

We're nearing the 3-year mark for our touchstone show, Don't Spit the Water!  We're 2-weeks in to an 8-week run out in Arlington Heights at the Metropolis Theater.  When that run is finished, we're putting the show on a 2-month hiatus before we bring it back in January of '08.  We'll most likely be re-opening at The Playground in our old Saturday @ 10:30pm slot, but we're also toying with a few other exciting options for the show.

We just finished our 2nd run of our live talent competition, Impress These Apes.  We ran the show two times in '07, and will let it rest for about a year before we try to run it again.  It was a successful and satisfying run, culminating in a jam-packed finale performance at the IO Theater where we crowned our new winner, Kristen Studard.

Silly Funny Goof Gang is about to start taping again.  We should have a new web site and a bunch of new minisodes posted over the next couple of months.

Don't Spit the Water: North Carolina will have its first show at the end of this month.  I'll share more about that franchising process in later entries.

Anyway, this is a start.  That's where we are on our current projects.  I'm excited to be working closely with some wonderful comic minds, and I can't wait to see the things we produce over the coming years.  Welcome to our new web site, and welcome to our new blog!
